About the Author

Sarah Kaip is a former academic and public librarian.  Her inspiration for this book came from her own experience in the workforce, followed by several years of painstaking research.  She has a B.A. in political science from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon and an M.A. in Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She currently works as a writer and researcher in Medford, Oregon.
